Althea Flawless Creamy Concealer - Swatches + Review

I have revealed on my unboxing post that Althea recently released their latest makeup line and one of the products that are up for grabs from their website is the Althea Flawless Creamy Concealer. If you're like me who has puffy dark eye circles, you would agree how much comcealers do help hide those panda eyes. πŸ˜‰

For today, here's what I think about the Althea Flawless Creamy Concealers.

From top to bottom: Vanilla, Ginger, Honey, Mocha

Price: Php260
Comes in 4 shades from lightest to darkest: Vanilla, Ginger, Honey, Mocha

The Althea Flawless Creamy Concealer is packaged in a handy liquid lipstick cylinder plastic bottle with a wand applicator included. It is very sleek and doesn't occupy much space in your vanity kit.

The wand applicator is long enough to get the product inside the cylinder plastic bottle and isn't stiff during application. It has a smooth tip that doesn't irritate and easily blends the product when applied to the skin.

The above photo shows the swatches of each Flawless Creamy Concealer from the lightest to the darkest shade. From top to bottom: Vanilla, Ginger, Honey, Mocha.

These swatches are swiped in one layer only but as you can see, it is already visible at one swipe. The closest shade for a Filipina skintone is Honey (if you are fair) and Mocha (if you are Morena). The rest of the lighter shades are too light to conceal dark spots. You can use it to clean up your brow bone area. The darkest shade can work as a cream contour if you mix it with darker foundation.

These Flawless Creamy Concelers from Althea's latest makeup range covers from medium to heavy as shown on the photo below.

I'm impressed with its coverage. This photo shows two layers of the cream concealer.

I do prefer liquid concealers than the stick ones because it is easier to blend and spread. Although the consistency is creamy, it is not sticky at all. The Althea Flawless Creamy Concealer doesn't easily cake and blends well when applied. It's better to use a blending sponge to see better results.

I'm definitely keeping this on my vanity kit!
