7 Make Up Must-Haves for Beginners

We all went through the phase of arguing what items should we buy and what products actually work. While there are a lot of beauty products available today, what are the basic products that you need to have your own kikay kit whether you're going to school or work.

Here are 7 of the basic make-up must haves to pull that basic look while you're at school or work.

Foundation
Liquid. Powder. Cushion. Depends on how you want to set your make up base. For basic touch ups, powder foundations or two way cakes can do their job. If you are up to a slight coverage, CC cushions are currently IN today. But if you have blemishes and redness to cover, finding the right liquid foundation is the key.

Eyebrow Pencil
I'm sure everyone knows why this is important. Most ladies cannot leave the house without eyebrow make ups. It is because eyebrows adds life to our face. Without it, something seems to be missing. Look for eyebrow pencils with spoolies or brushes on the other end so that it is a dual purpose product. You can choose from pencils to retractable ones.

Concealer
Concealers are the best alternatives for foundations. If you're in a hurry to do a make up with heavy coverage, concealers performs faster to cover the redness and blemishes on your face.

Eyeliner
Are you frustrated practicing the cat's eye look? Eye liners -- whether gel, liquid, or pens -- gives accent to the eyes. It makes the eyes look extra bigger and alive.

Lip Gloss / Lipstick
To some girls whose asset is their lips, lip products is a must-have. For you to balance the looks on your face, a little bit of red or nude shade would do to accentuate that pout!

Blush On
Add extra color to your cheeks by putting a bit of pink or red blush. Blush ons makes the face look fresh and natural.

Kabuki Brush
For a beginner who totally have no idea how to differentiate how make up brushes are used, kabuki brushes are effective to use as powder brush and blush on brush. Brushes helps blend make ups used so you need to have at least one for yourself!

So there you go. Curate your kikay kit now. Who knows? That kikay kit may be the next vanity area goals!
